Optimize your running, always start with your technique.

INDIVIDUAL SESSION ( TRAINING OR TREATMENT) INCLUDED

Footrooms Running coaches runners and triathletes to improve their running technique. Our fundamental principles are efficiency and the optimization of your training structure.Even when dealing with an injury, proper technical support is crucial. Most common running discomforts stem from suboptimal technique. Stop struggling and choose the right approach.

Starting with running after an injury is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because you have the opportunity to build your running technique up more efficiently. A curse because it takes time and comes with ups and downs.

We build up your training schedule based on the impact level that you create when running. After the testing and studying your running experience in the past, we calculate an optimal load build up. Which is used in your schedule.

Every trainings session has a follow up to learn if you meet the ideal load augmentation. Basically this is done through your strava account.

Every few weeks we update the results by testing your present impact.

Ontracx

OnTracx, a spin-off of Ghent University, combines science and technology in an innovative wearable for runners. The small device, the size of a coin, accurately measures the mechanical load on the body during running. By giving runners insight into their training load, OnTracx aims to help prevent running injuries caused by overloading.
